Faces in the Rock

We went camping in Moab these past few days. We were right on the Colorado river and as you can see, these images were in the rock wall. Can you find the faces? My husband and I were speculating that these faces are the spirits of the ancestors of Moab forming to watch over it. One of the faces looks like a Hindu god with all of the profiles turning away. There is also a picture of Erik with some scruff as we were ruffin' it.

Love the pix.

I live in LA and don't get outside enough. These pix and paintings on your site really inspire me to find the time to get away and get some fresh air. Very beautiful work.

BTW -- these rock paintings would make really cool framed photos or abstract paintings. Beautiful colors and light/shading. They's look GREAT in on the walls of a design firm or office. Are you selling prints? (maybe you should think about it -- they're really quite fantastic.)
